Horizontal machining centers TANK EVO LINE
Great accuracy, versatility and dynamic performance
A solution capable of achieving great accuracy and dynamic performance, the TANK Line is developed in three sizes identified by the X-axis stroke: TANK 1300 EVO – TANK 1600 EVO – TANK 1900 EVO, available in different solutions: SINGLE PALLET, TWIN- PALLET, MULTIPALLET and FMS.
Each solution can in turn be configured in versions with 4 or 5 axis for milling, or 5 axis for milling, turning, grinding and Power skiving (Multitasking) with tilting head or vertical dividing unit with horizontal axis.
The versatility of the TANK line has allowed to integrate several multitasking processes, which find application in the machining of strategic and complex components for the Aerospace, Energy, Oil & Gas and General Precision Mechanics sectors.
TANK 1000 EVO
The beginning of the EVOlution of the TANK line.
Presented in absolute preview during the AMB fair in Stuttgart and subsequently at the 33rd edition of the BIMU Milan fair, TANK 1000 EVO increases the TANK line, the historic line of MCM machines, with a smaller model than the pre-existing ones and marks the beginning of the restyling process of the TANK series, which will gradually affect all the other models.
The process that now involves the TANK family completes the same evolutionary path that has affected the CLOCK line in past years.
Tank 1000 EVO expands the application possibilities of the Tank family, thus making available to customers in every sector the capabilities and features that the company has developed over the years for a high-demanding sector such as Aerospace.
In fact, the features of the new horizontal machining center open new application opportunities with solutions suitable for general mechanics, modeling and printing presses, where the dimensions of the components and work volumes are smaller, but where flexibility and machining with multiple axes coordinated simultaneously are required.
Relevant importance is also constituted by the reduction of energy consumption.
